ABSTRACT

Objective To research the prevalence model of hepatitis B virus in the minority areas of Guizhou and to provide reference for the prevention and control virus of hepatitis B virus. Methods Using multi-stage cluster simple random sampling, four villages were selected from Leishan and Libo counties in minority areas of Guizhou. Questionnaires were investigated by trained investigators and serum hepatitis B virus five-item test results were collected from the subjects. Results A total of 1 629 participants were surveyed, the outcome showed that migrant workers’ infection rate of hepatitis B was 44.8%, and the carrying rate of HBsAg was 8.4%. The positive rates of anti-HBs and anti-HBc were 28.0% and 25.6% respectively. The infection model rate of migrant workers was 19.8%, which was lower than that of non-migrant workers (23.2%) (P>0.05).The detection rate of susceptible model in migrant workers (52.2%) was higher than that in non-migrant workers (43.4%), while the detection rate of immune mode migrant workers (28.0%) was lower than that in non-migrant workers (33.4%),which the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). After adjusted related factors by multivariate Logistic regression analysis model, migrant workers were still the influencing factors of vulnerability model (OR=1.568, 95% CI:1.206-2.039) compared with non-migrant workers. Conclusion There was a high susceptibility to hepatitis B virus among migrant workers in minority areas of Guizhou, In order to reduce the infection and prevalence of hepatitis B virus, we should strengthen the immunization of hepatitis B vaccine to migrant workers and to improve their specific immunity.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of the laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery on the stress parameters and complication of patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients diagnosed as gastric cancer and treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into open operation group and laparoscopy group according to the operation method,48 cases in each group. Compared the operation time,bleeding volume,dissected lymph node number,postoperative hospitalization duration and anus exhausting time and complications in 6 months after surgery. The levels of WBC,CRP,TNF-α, IL-6 in serum before and after operation were detected by enzyme - linked immuno sorbent assay and compared. Results Compared with the open operation group, the bleeding volume,postoperative hospitalization duration and anus exhausting time of laparoscopy group were better with less dissected lymph node number and longer operation time, the differences were extremely significant(P < 0. 01); the WBC,CRP,TNF-α, IL-6 levels of laparoscopy group at 1 day after the operation were lower than those of open operation group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of complication of laparoscopy group was 22. 8%, which was less than 54. 7% of control group, the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional open operation, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can shorten the hospital stays and reduce the intraoperative blood loss, the stress response and complication rate after operation.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the effect of endogenous carbon monoxide (CO) on the smooth muscle function of the dog penile corpus cavernosum in vitro.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Tissue bioassay was used to measure the corpus cavernosum muscle contraction and relaxation. The production of CO was induced in the corpus cavernosum smooth muscle, and the effect of CO on the penile corpus cavernosum smooth muscle pre-contracted by phenylephrine (PE) was determined.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Chlorinous hemoglobin could relax the smooth muscle stripes pre-contracted by 10 micromol/L PE. A dose-dependent relaxation was observed. The relaxation responses by 10 -100 micromol/L chlorinous hemoglobin were significant compared with the control group (P < 0. 01). The pretreatment of the muscle stripes with ZnPP-IX or methylthioninium significantly reduced the relaxing effect of chlorinous hemoglobin (P < 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The relaxing effect of endogenous CO on the smooth muscle of the penile corpus cavernosum depends on the concentration of endogenous CO. The underlying mechanism may involve the pathway from CO to cGMP production.</p>
